The pictures shown on this page were made from ordinary chocolate wafers. We've used a clean, small paint brush to paint a color into the petal folds of the mold, then filled the remainder of the mold cavity with melted white chocolate. Speed cooling the the refrigerator or freezer if you wish, then gently pull the sides of the mold from the chocolate, while carefully pushing the chocolate orchid from the mold. The result is so lovely and detailed you can easily create a lovely bouquet!
